  1. Primero. RECHAZAR la solicitud de aclaracion de la Sentencia T-601 de 2016 presentada por Jhon Fredy Gonzalez Duenas y Daniela Andrade Valencia, en representacion de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
  2. Segundo. ORDENAR que, por Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, se comunique la decision adoptada en esta providencia a Jhon Fredy Gonzalez Duenas, Superintendente Delegado para la Proteccion, Restitucion y Formalizacion de Tierras, y a Daniela Andrade Valencia, Jefa de la Oficina Asesora Juridica, ambos de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro.
